Ordered a sand co ord last Saturday. Was a bit iffy about the colour so changed my mind and decided to email them to cancel the order because there is no option to cancel it yourself you have to email the customer service team! But had an email back saying that I was in a queue. Was hoping someone would get back in touch with me to cancel it but nothing. Today I had an email saying that my order had been shipped!! They’ve taken a payment too which is very frustrating!! I’ve messaged them on Instagram also but no reply yet. It’s very stupid that you don’t give us customers the option to cancel an order that we are paying for!! Having to wait for your customer service team to get back in touch which probably won’t happen and I’m going to have to send my order back and pay for the return!!?useless customer service.

I ordered 2 shakets (one blue and one pink) from LASULA and when they came the fluff was going everywhere so I washed them to solve the problem as that usually helps with products like this, but they were the same once they were washed. So I returned them and didn’t hear anything until about 3 months later saying they will not be refunding me as they had been washed even though they were faulty. I will not be ordering from here again as I am not happy with the return delay or the quality of the product.

Fast delivery! My checked shacket is the exact same as pictured on the website. It is over sized as described so I got a M and it's perfect. No issues at all.

Sent item back in September was received by Lasula 12th September still waiting for them to update return with klarna or will need to pay for item I dont even have and returned 2 months ago!

I ordered the 3 items for £8 lucky dip, wow what a mistake! What I got sent was embarrassing I couldn’t believe it when I opened the package two awful dresses inside one could fit a child and a poor quality red slogan jumper.. awful

To be honest not impressed. Fell in love with a coat and ordered it with Next Day Delivery for a specific date (for a hefty 6 quid) and this was on Saturday. On tuesday morning the parcel still hasn't appeared and absolutely no info on the tracking ID either. Poor joke of NDD and a higher delivery fee! However, the clothing looks gorgeous and their designs are pretty - but please fix this, customer care was also quite rude in their reply, stating their FAQ section had information that was very clearly NOT there!

My order stated it was delivered but I had definitely not receieved it. I contacted customer service team and they helped me to get my order re-done (following conditions of course). Was happy that my money did not go down the drain. Great experience!

Absolute joke! Ordered a pair joggers they were faaaar too big, sent them back, no sign of refund so I emailed about a refund was told there’s no sign of it (I returned stuff to different companies at the same time this was posted and have had no problems) 6 emails later they are ignoring my attempts to contact!!! STAY AWAY!!!

I have seen soo many bad reviews which made me a little hesitant when ordering from Lasula. However, I was great surprised! My order was with me in just over a week and they were very quick in replying to emails, they even changed my order as I ordered items in the wrong size! Great customer service and would definitely order again!

Wouldn’t even rate a 1 if I had the choice! Returned a jacket and had to chase up the refund months later. Ordered the same jacket in a different size while this was ongoing and yet to receive, have been waiting over 1/2 months for it

Seen the shackets advertised on Instagram for this website and it was a need! Decided to look up reviews before trying the website as it was my first time being on and even though there was a few bad reviews it was nothing major and I thought I’d give it a try, as a few of the reviews complained about next day delivery not coming on time I decided to just pay standard delivery, I ordered the Friday afternoon and Saturday morning it was already at my door so I’m so pleased with that! I tried on the shacket and the material is lovely, really comfortable and soft. I’m usually a 10-12 in clothes but decided to go for the large so it was oversized and it looks really good! Only down fall is that getting it a bit oversized I thought the sleeves would be longer/baggier but they’re short on me, don’t know if that’s down to me just having long arms as I am 5ft 8 and I just went off what it looked like on the model but we’re all different shapes and sizes so it can’t look exactly the same on me as it would on someone else! Apart from that I do really like it and even considering getting it in more colours! Thanks for such a fast and easy order, definitely will order again from this website.
